[DVIPDFMx] dvipdfm?

1. in the case when you cannot use the pdftex engine, e.g.,
	(a) Japanese pTeX + dvipdfmx
	(b) XeTeX + xdvipdfmx

2. in the case when you want CID-keyed font technology (usually for  
CJK languages)

3. in the case when you want a PDF output of smaller size (sometimes  
much smaller)

4. in the case when you have a DVI file without TeX source

5. in the case when you make a document with many many pages

Anything else? I have no idea yet.
