Thank you for repeating this phrase. Somehow, due to xpdf does show the
text typeset as "BT 5 0 R ET", I missed your point. Indeed, you are
completely right, what I want is against the specification.

Have not tested. Instead, for my goals, I switched to an alternative
solution (two-pass run of latex).
