[DVIPDFMx] dvipdfmx status?

I have checked the source of dvipdfmx in TeXLive, and I could find a
few differences compared to the current CVS source.

I'd like to change the current CVS source to the current TeXLive
source (of course,
after applying the Kakuto's patch), and then to give a new snapshot.

Is there any problem if I do so?
