[DVIPDFMx] extractbb man page

ChoF, Matthias -- how about this small change to extractbb.1 to perhaps
emphasize a bit that the bounding box information is different?

I'm writing more in dvipdfm.1.  We really need some real documentation
for dvipdfmx one day ...
