[DVIPDFMx] [XeTeX] File name bug when using \includegraphics

By adding the attached file "dpxfile-add.txt" near the begining
of dpxfile.c, and using
  error = exec_spawn (cmd);
instead of
  error = system (cmd);
I've confirmed that
  dpx_file_apply_filter ()
works as before on windows.
I'm not on Unix, so I cannot test if it works or not on Unix.
More clever one will be given by Chof and/or Matthias.
