[DVIPDFMx] [ulrich.seidl: [tex-live] dvipdfmx on solaris9]

Hi there,

not sure whether this works. According to the solaris9 man-page
(attachment), only the following conversion characters are supported:

    * d
    * i
    * o
    * u
    * x
    * e,f,g
    * s
    * c
    * p
    * n
    * C
    * S

So there seems to be no support for "%hu", either.
