[DVIPDFMx] Allowing comments in PDF created ?

The point was : insert Annotations, not "before" creating the .pdf, 
thanks such things like this "pdfcomment". But "after", once the .pdf is 
created, and when you open it with Adobe Standard. Then you add these 
Annotations directly thanks Adobe Standard. This is normally not always 
possible depending on the .pdf files and on their settings.

I say "the point was" because I have know the answer of my supervisor 
and it's confirmed this problem doesn't appear currently in the .pdf I 
generate with dvipdfmx. I understand now that it was in fact never the 
case, when I use this mean. I'm sorry : I asked you the question because 
the problem used to appear and because I was told that this was a normal 
case "under Linux". The first (wrong, it seems) check I made let me 
think that this was still true with .pdf from dvipdfmx.

 In any case thank you for your time and for your informations, they 
allowed me to learn lot of things about .pdf from LaTeX...
