[DVIPDFMx] run time map lines

Of course. You can use DVI specials

\special{pdf:mapline [+|-] any map line here}

or

\special{pdf:mapfile [+|-] any map file here}

Here, "+" means APPEND, "-" means DELETE, and empty means REPLACE.
Actually the usage is the same as pdftex because the idea of these  
features
was came from Hans Hagen for ConTeXt.
