[DVIPDFMx] two serious bugs concerning CFF fonts fixed

Hello,

I've fixed two bugs in src/type1c.c which affected CFF fonts. Each
of them might cause dvipdfmx to crash. Hence, if you are preparing a
distribution (e.g., TeX Live), it may be a good idea to use the CVS
version of src/type1c.c.

Question to ChoF (if he's not on holiday): Would it be worthwile
to make a new snapshot?
